For poker players who play on a regular basis, whether it be every day, once a week, or once a month, it is important to know your poker bankroll. How much money have you set aside for playing poker, and how much is available right now?
For players who are playing on a daily basis as their primary means of income, the poker bankroll is critical. Your bankroll is your working capital, and you probably manage it as you would do in a business.
The bankroll in PokerBrain is a virtual bank account, allowing you to deposit and withdraw money from the account. Your current poker bankroll is the balance of all transactions entered in the bankroll register plus your total session profits and losses. Your current bankroll balance is always displayed in a gauge on the home dashboard when PokerBrain starts up, and can also be seen on the bankroll home page.
- Bankroll register that lists all transactions
- Make deposits and withdrawals
- Categorize deposits and withdrawals for reporting purposes (such as tips, tax, gift income, travel expenses, etc.)
- Create your own transaction categories to track your income and expenses the way you want
- Charts that show your bankroll balance over time, your monthly cash flow (income and expenses), and pie charts showing the breakdown of where money in your bankroll is going, and where it is coming from.
